The Social Capital Builder (SCB) Awards recognize individuals and companies or organizations that have contributed to the development of social capital in Hong Kong since 2012.

Ravia is aware of the importance of social capital in promoting social development and creating a harmonious community, so we have participated in several charity activities to continuously support and contribute to the community.
​
This year, we donated face masks to Hong Kong Christian Service for redistribution and we participated in the "Benefit Operation" of Banyan Services Association in Kwun Tong to give away free meals to needy senior citizens.

"Hong Kong Society as a whole is prosperous, but there are still many people living in difficulty." This is a phenomenon of Hong Kong the last decade.
​
In Hong Kong there are many people suffering from hunger. On the early morning of November 13, Ravia participated in the "Benefit Operation" of Banyan Services Association in Kwun Tong to distribute free meals to the needy senior citizens. We also prepared gift bags for them filled with dry food and necessities.
​
When the seniors received the lunch boxes and our gift bags, we could see their sincere smiles and gratitude that completely melted our hearts. With this good gesture, we hope that more kind-hearted people in the society would do the same to continue to generously support and spread our love to the seniors in need.

We are proud to announce that Ravia has taken a stake in a new publicly traded company Landrich Holding Limited that recently completed an initial public offering (IPO) by providing real estate appraisals. Landrich Holding Limited (stock code: 2132.hk), was listed on Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 20, 2020. It is worth highlighting that the IPO of the stock was 58.05 times oversubscribed, with a gain rate of 10% due to the popularity of the stock. The oversubscription is caused by many speculators who see the potential of the business at Hong Kong, and we can see the reason for this in its reputation.

Landrich Holding Limited is a construction company with a long history of performing building and civil engineering works in Hong Kong. The company started its operations in 1993 and has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry in Hong Kong.
​

The company provides vaping technology solutions with advanced research and development technology. The company manufactures and distributes closed system vaping devices, self-branded open system vaping devices, vaping components, and other products. Smoore International Holdings distributes its products throughout Hong Kong.

Grand Opening Ceremony: Hong Kong Meltdown Production Company Limited

We were honored to be invited to the grand opening celebration of Hong Kong Meltdown Production Company Limited, which was brought to life by our client, Mr. Jacky Wong.
​
Meltblown fabric(熔噴布) is the raw material for surgical masks and its price is ten times higher than before due to the pandemic. After Mr. Wong learned that the mask production line was short of meltblown materials, he immediately invested 10 million to set up the meltblown production line.
Mr. Wong revealed that the factory was mainly for charity. One-third of the production of meltblown fabrics will be donated to charities, and the other two-thirds will be sold at cost to mask makers in Hong Kong.

Thanks to Mr. Wong, citizens like us in Hong Kong do not have to suffer from expensive masks, his kind deed deserves to be recognized and appreciated. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts! 🌹
