Dr. Alan Lee was appointed as Principal Valuer of Ravia in 2017 and is responsible for coaching a professional team offering a full line of services including valuation; feasibility studies; government lease modification; rating appeal; litigation valuation and a range of other property consultancy services.

Dr. Lee has over 20 years of high-level strategic professional services expertise and is recognized as a distinguished and acknowledged expert amongst the Hong Kong real estate community. Currently he provides regular professional advice to many listed companies in Hong Kong.

Mr. Elvis Ng - Director (Business Valuation)

CFA, FRM, RICS, MAUSIMM, CESGA

Mr. Ng has over 15 years' experience in business & financial valuation service, business consulting and M&A advisory service in Hong Kong and China. He has prepared numerous valuations of businesses and financial in M&A deals and debt & equity financing for publicly listed and private companies.

Mr. Ng also participated in several HK and US IPO listing projects. He was involved in a wide variety of industries, throughout over 58 countries and regions. He is an expert in offering corporate consultancy and business valuation services.
